The Mayflower size guide is based on chest width measured directly on the body.
When an over-width is given in Mayflower patterns, this number is adjusted to the fit that the designer intended the design to have. The stated bust width also includes the range of motion.

If you want to make a unique baby sweater, this pattern is perfect for you.
The sweater itself is quite simple, while the front of the sweater bears the quote: 'SMILE THROUGH LIFE'. The sweater is knitted with raglan sleeves, which gives a nice transition between the sleeves and the yoke.
The sweater can be knitted in sizes from 3 months to 3 years. The yarn used is Mayflower Easy Care, which consists of 100% superwash treated wool with a running length of 185 meters per 50 grams. The yarn quality is perfect for baby knitting as it is wonderfully warm and soft against delicate baby skin, and the yarn can be both washed and tumble dried.
