If you want to make a sweet maternity project for yourself or someone with a baby, this lovely pram chain is a really good suggestion for a cozy project. The crocheted pram chain is relatively easy to get started with – even for the inexperienced crocheter.

The pram chain consists of 10 crocheted balls, which are mounted on a polyester string along with 3 cute bunnies. At each end, there is a wooden bead and a ring, which can be used to hang the pram chain. Bunnies are crocheted in the same way as the balls, and there is some assembly work when they need to be sewn together and have eyes and a mouth.

The lovely pram chain is crocheted in Mayflower Cotton 8/4, which is the perfect yarn for a project like this. Cotton yarn is soft and durable with a firm structure, which makes the yarn very suitable for crocheting. Thus, the bunnies and balls easily maintain their shape while you crochet, and when the chain is finished, as the yarn comes in many different colors. You therefore have free rein when it comes to the color combinations of your crocheted pram chain.

NOTE: Cotton 8/4 Sky Blue (col. 1450) is only used for the mouth and nose of the bunnies. Here, a yarn scrap can possibly also be used.
