Really charming blouse with a simple and delicate lace pattern. The pattern is repeated on the front, back and sleeves. The blouse can be made with both short and long sleeves, which the pattern guides you through. You can also crochet a cute bobble hat to go with the set.
The blouse is worked from the bottom up and has a ribbed hem, neck and sleeves.
The bobble hat is crocheted in two parts, first working the hat from the bottom up and then working stitches up to the bottom edge.
This lovely set is made in Mayflower Cotton 8/4, which is 100% pure and soft cotton in a very good and breathable quality. The cotton yarn is therefore the obvious choice for summer garments like this set, as the body can breathe easily. The yarn is soft, so it will feel nice to wear both the blouse and the bobble hat.
The design can also be knitted and crocheted in Mayflower Cotton 8/4 Organic, which is GOTS certified and has the same gauge and length.
