Small crocheted purse that you can carry in your bag for small coins, stitch markers, etc., just as it also has a nice size for children. With a size of about 11 x 8 cm, it doesn't take up much space in the bag, and the zipper ensures to keep the contents well organized. The purse's color choice changes continuously throughout the work.

The purse is crocheted in cotton with 2 threads: 1 thread Mayflower Cotton 8/8 and 1 thread of the slightly thinner Mayflower Cotton 8/4. The thick Cotton 8/8 is the consistent base color, while it alternates between 4 different colors of Cotton 8/4 to provide a continuous color shift. The purse is crocheted in the round from the bottom up by first crocheting a chain of stitches, where single crochet stitches are made on both sides of the chain to double the number of stitches.

The zipper is sewn onto the top edge of the purse. Cotton yarn is the ideal yarn for a crocheted purse like this, as cotton is both a firm and soft yarn to work with. The purse therefore becomes soft, while also maintaining its shape well. Cotton is also a durable and strong yarn, and your purse will therefore withstand very long-term use.
