This gorgeous cardigan is inspired by Nordic culture, which is evident in the beautiful twists that are reminiscent of the Danish Vikings and Danish antiquity. The twists are repeated throughout the sweater and can be seen on both the front and back. The sleeves themselves have a single cable, which gives a more cohesive look, while the rest of the sleeve is knitted in purl. 

The cardigan is knitted in Mayflower Cosmo, which is one of Mayflower's thickest yarn qualities. Mayflower Cosmo has a running length of 62 meters per 50 grams, and the yarn is also made from 100% pure wool. Therefore, you get a really warm and delicious cardigan that is guaranteed to keep you warm on even the coldest days.  

If you're generally cold-shy, this cardigan is perfect for you. You're guaranteed to wear it a lot, which is why you'll be happy to know that Mayflower Cosmo is superwash treated and therefore machine washable.
