When an over-width is given in Mayflower patterns, this number is adjusted to the fit that the designer intended the design to have. The stated bust width also includes the range of motion.

Women's sweater with puff sleeves
This feminine blouse is knitted in Mayflower New Sky, which is one of Mayflower's most popular yarn qualities. The blouse is particularly remarkable because of its beautiful puff sleeves, which give the blouse extra elegance and set it apart from many other knitting patterns.
Mayflower New Sky consists of 42% wool, 42% alpaca, and 16% polyamide. This combination provides a unique yarn quality that has the best properties of both wool, alpaca, and nylon. Both wool and alpaca make the yarn quality warm and airy, which are its most important characteristics. However, the nylon content is also important as it makes the yarn very durable. In this way, you get a blouse that can last for many years.
The blouse weighs surprisingly little when knitted up, which makes it extra comfortable to wear. At the same time, the blouse is easy to style, as it can be worn with everything from an elegant skirt to a pair of jeans.
Note: The sweater was originally knitted in Mayflower Sky color 58 (Brown), which has been discontinued. As an alternative, we recommend Mayflower New Sky color 76, or you can choose one of the other lovely colors.
