When an over-width is given in Mayflower patterns, this number is adjusted to the fit that the designer intended the design to have. The stated bust width also includes the range of motion.

A special dress with fine cables worked from the bottom up in a pattern of knit and purl stitches. The dress is worked in one piece with a color change in the middle and is intended as a beautiful party dress that can also be used for other everyday celebrations. The dress can be combined with a belt at the waist to prevent the dress from hanging and to make it fit and fall nicely.
For this lovely knitting project, we recommend using Mayflower Venezia - an exclusive yarn quality with an incredibly soft and rich texture. The luxurious yarn combines organic GOTS certified cotton with RWS certified merino wool to create a unique and comfortable texture.
The beautiful combination of cotton and wool gives the yarn a harmonious play of colors as the two fibers absorb the colors in different ways. Venezia is ideal for soft clothing due to its high cotton content, which is also breathable and comfortable to wear.
The dress is designed by Pernille Frigga and should be hand washed.
