The Mayflower size guide is based on chest width measured directly on the body.
When an over-width is given in Mayflower patterns, this number is adjusted to the fit that the designer intended the design to have. The stated bust width also includes the range of motion.

A classic and warm sweater that has a unique look, as it is made from woven knit. The sweater has simple and solid-colored ribbed edges that complement the multicolored weave knit beautifully.
The sweater is worked from the bottom up. At the armholes, the work is divided into front and back pieces and each piece is finished separately. The shoulders are knitted together and the pattern allows you to knit either a ribbed neck edge or a rolled edge. The sleeves are also worked from the bottom up and sewn into the armholes when they are the desired length.
The Helga sweater is knitted in several colors of the wool Mayflower Easy Care. The yarn is 100% fine wool and the thinnest quality in the Easy Care range. The base color is supplemented with two additional colors, and if you follow the pattern's chart for loom knitting, you'll get a beautiful result. With Easy Care, you get a warm and delicious sweater that is good all year round, as the wool ensures that your body can easily get rid of excess heat.
