When an over-width is given in Mayflower patterns, this number is adjusted to the fit that the designer intended the design to have. The stated bust width also includes the range of motion.

Jacket with smooth sleeves and round shawl collar
Youthful, beautiful jacket with shawl collar in the round. This cool jacket is knitted in garter stitch on the front and back, with the added detail that the sleeves are knitted in stockinette stitch as a small combination - all in the gorgeous quality from Mayflower called for Mayflower Sky.
It is a very easy jacket to knit and is therefore also suitable for beginners.

Mayflower Sky is the incredibly delicious and cloud-light quality that you just can't do without. It is knitted on large needles and provides a lightweight and super comfortable feel.
Mayflower Sky consists of a combination of 41% wool, 41% alpaca and 18% polyamide, and it is this composition that gives this lightweight yet very strong quality and appearance. Mayflower Sky is deliciously light and comfortable to wear. Easy to knit in and knit with.
