When an over-width is given in Mayflower patterns, this number is adjusted to the fit that the designer intended the design to have. The stated bust width also includes the range of motion.

A beautiful poinsettia that requires no water and is made in a beautiful, bright Christmas red. It can decorate both indoors and outdoors, as it is also ideal for hanging on a tree or bush in the garden as a decoration, where it will light up the bare branches.
The poinsettia is a very quick and easy project, and you can even make as many as 6 poinsettias from just one skein. The star is made up of a crocheted ring to which flower petals are attached. The poinsettia is made with the yarn Mayflower Molly, which is a thick and lightly spun wool yarn with a light and airy quality. Since the yarn is untreated, a brush can be used to give it a felted and fluffy look, and it makes it easy to make the tips of the poinsettia. The yarn is available in a very authentic and intense red color, reminiscent of the classic poinsettia.
