A sweater gets an extra good fit when you choose to knit it in false ribbing, which naturally follows the body's shapes.

The pattern for this sweater is primarily intended for the somewhat more experienced knitters, as it involves a number of different knitting techniques. None of them are particularly difficult, but together they can be quite a handful if you are still a beginner. Besides the false ribbing and the V-neck, the sweater also features raglan sleeves, which can also be a challenge if you haven't tried it before.

NOTE: The original design was knitted in Mayflower Cotton 1, which is unfortunately discontinued. As a replacement, we recommend Mayflower Alliance Fine. Always remember to make a swatch before starting the project to ensure that the gauge and thereby the finished measurements hold. Also, be aware that you will get a different color expression than in the picture. You can always click 'Choose another color' and find the color you like the most.

Strikkefasthed: Horizontal: 24 stitches = 10 cm. Vertical: 32 rows = 10 cm, in pattern.
