The two-color harness pants are comfortable, soft and easy for your child to move around in.

The pants are worked from the bottom up by first working the ribbed edge and then switching to stockinette stitch while increasing stitches. When the pants section is finished, work the ribbing around the waist and fasten off the stitches for the back. Over the remaining stitches, work the front piece, finishing with straps and buttonholes. The straps are attached to the back with small buttons.

The Klodshan harness pants are knitted in the wool yarns Mayflower Easy Care and Easy Care Tweed. The use of two different yarn colors provides great contrasts and the use of tweed gives a nice, classic color expression to the design. Since the yarns have the same gauge and length, you can play around with the colors, combinations and expression, for example, you can choose to knit the entire suit in tweed yarn or make a solid colored suit. Either way, the harness pants will be extremely comfortable as both yarns are soft, warm and insulating with high breathability, making them ideal for small children.
