The Mayflower size guide is based on chest width measured directly on the body.
When an over-width is given in Mayflower patterns, this number is adjusted to the fit that the designer intended the design to have. The stated bust width also includes the range of motion.

The high-necked and voluminous Macha Sweater is knitted from top to bottom with raglan increases. First, a turtleneck is knitted in rib stitch, after which the sweater continues in stockinette stitch and is finished with ribbed edges. There is a slit on the sides, allowing the back piece to be knitted slightly longer than the front piece.
The Macha Sweater is knitted in the voluminous and soft Mayflower Rimini, which despite its volume is breathable and delightful to wear. The sweater will therefore be a wonderful companion that can be used year-round.
The sweater is beginner-friendly Pattern and is knitted on size 6½ mm needles, making it a relatively quick knitting project.
