The Mads sweater is easy to work. It is worked in Mayflower Birmingham, which is a lovely wool blend in a thin quality. The yarn is available in many different colors, all of which have tweed shades, a mottled play of shades and a nice depth of color. The yarn is therefore both beautiful and wonderfully soft, and the Mads sweater will quickly become a favorite that can be used all year round - both indoors and outdoors, as it is knitted in the thin wool quality.
