A classic men's suit jacket that really stands out in a positive way as it is knitted. The design has a great fit and fit, which makes for a suit jacket with great comfort. The suit jacket has several nice finishing touches and contains all the classic elements that you know from a fabric suit jacket, such as a sharp collar, chest pocket and fake pocket flaps.

As the suit jacket has many tailored details, it is very important that you read the pattern carefully. To achieve the uniform and crisp result, you must follow the pattern to the letter. The jacket is worked from the bottom up, with each piece knitted separately and sewn together at the end.

The suit jacket is worked with 2 strands of yarn throughout: 1 strand of the bulky weight yarn Mayflower Easy Care Big and 1 strand of Mayflower Birmingham. Since the suit jacket is worked in double knit on a 4.5 mm needle, you get a tight stitch pattern, which actually gives the illusion that the suit jacket is made of fabric and not yarn. However, the woolen yarns ensure that you get a soft and delicious jacket with comfortable comfort, and Birmingham's beautiful tweed trim adds a simple and stylish play of colors. The choice of wool material also means that the suit jacket gives a little, and the model is therefore intentionally knitted a little small, as it will fit differently as soon as it is washed and worn.

The blue version of the suit jacket is knitted in Mayflower Easy Care Big (color 109), Mayflower Birmingham (color 008) and Mayflower Easy Care (lane 009).
