The Skørping Sweater is a classic raglan sweater, where the primary details are the extra wide ribbed edges, which slightly break with the classic look. The ribbed edges are extra beautiful and even, as all knit stitches are twisted knit instead of regular knit.

The sweater is knitted in one strand of Easy Care Classic Tweed and one strand of Super Kid Silk, which together provide plenty of volume, allowing you to create a lovely thick sweater.

Easy Care Classic Tweed consists primarily of wool, while Super Kid Silk is a blend of mohair and silk. Together, they create a lovely warm yarn blend, making the thick sweater perfect for cold days – whether you need the sweater outside or just at home on the couch.

If you would like a solid-colored version of the Skørping Sweater, you can instead choose to knit it with our Easy Care Classic, which is solid-colored. It has exactly the same Knitting gauge as Easy Care Classic Tweed.

The Skørping Sweater is a simple basic sweater, and therefore the pattern is also easy to follow. The pattern is knitted from top to bottom with short rows in the neck, which give the sweater its fit.
