The Mayflower size guide is based on chest width measured directly on the body.
When an over-width is given in Mayflower patterns, this number is adjusted to the fit that the designer intended the design to have. The stated bust width also includes the range of motion.

Smart wrap-around blouse, which is knitted in Mayflower 1 Class. The fine and feminine blouse fits beautifully on the body and has a nice, small edge down the front. The piece at the bottom of the blouse is knitted in the other direction, which gives a nice effect.
The blouse is knitted in Mayflower 1 class, which is actually sock yarn, but the fiber composition also makes the yarn quality suitable for other types of clothing than just socks. The yarn is spun with 75% wool, which is superwash-treated, and 25% durable polyamide. Together, these fibers create a durable and warm yarn, which is suitable for a blouse like this.
Since the wool is superwash-treated, it can easily be washed in the washing machine.
Note: The original design is made in Mayflower 1 Class color 2052. Unfortunately, the color is no longer available in the range. As a replacement, we recommend color 34, which resembles the discontinued color. Just be aware that you will get a different result than in the picture. You choose the color yourself with a click on 'Choose another color', which unfolds the entire color chart.
