A circular needle set from KnitPro Smartstix with interchangeable needles. The set is great for both beginners and advanced knitters who want to knit with lightweight aluminum knitting needles. The circular needle set can be used for many different knitting projects as the set has wires that provide circular needles in lengths from 60-100 cm.

The Smartstix knitting needles are made of aluminum, making them both strong and durable. The ends are tapered and therefore easily grab the stitches. The needles have stripes that you can actually use to measure with. Each stripe is 2 cm long, so you can continuously measure how far you have come with your knitting project and how much you have left to do. The wires can also be used for measuring, as they also have markings every 2 cm.

The lightweight aluminum needles feel warm in your hands and are great to work with, and the smooth surface makes the stitches glide easily. The needles also have a different color for each thickness, making it easy to see which needles belong together, and the wires also have different colors depending on their length.

With an interchangeable circular needle, as opposed to a fixed circular needle, you can easily change both needle size and wire length according to your pattern. This means you don't need to keep a lot of circular needles of different lengths and thicknesses in stock, as with a set like this you can quickly make the exact circular needle that your knitting project requires.

To change the wire or needle, use the included tension wrench. Screw the desired wire and needle together. Insert the wrench into the small hole at the end of the wire. Hold the wire with one hand and turn the wrench with the other hand. When tightening, make sure that the stick and wire are firmly connected, and when it's time to release the stick from the wire, use the wrench again to loosen it.
