When an over-width is given in Mayflower patterns, this number is adjusted to the fit that the designer intended the design to have. The stated bust width also includes the range of motion.

Wooly and fluffy sweater with good length that's easy for beginners to pick up.
The sweater can be knitted for children and teens aged 4-16 years. The sweater is worked back and forth in garter stitch from the bottom up. All pieces are knitted separately and sewn together at the end.
The sweater is worked in double strand with one strand of the wool yarn Mayflower Easy Care wool yarn and one strand of Mayflower Super Kid Silk, which is spun from 70% kid mohair and 30% silk. The combination of these two qualities makes for a super soft and delicious sweater that is wonderfully comfortable to wear.
The sweater can be knitted in one color, and you can also choose two different colors for a mottled look.
