Sweater with different twists

Cable is a beautiful way to add detail to a sweater. In this sweater, the cables are made a central part of the sweater's design, as they are used both as a collar and as an alternative to the rib knit at the bottom of the sweater. In addition, the cables are also used in the raglan sleeves of the sweater.

The continuous cable details create a cohesive and consistent design. At the same time, the style is kept simple as the same type of easy cables are used throughout the sweater.

The sweater is knitted in Mayflower Cotton Merino Classic, which consists of 50% wool and 50% cotton with a running length of 100 meters per 50 grams. Cotton Merino Classic is a medium weight yarn, which makes for a strong sweater. However, the combination of wool and cotton makes the sweater more temperate, so it is not as warm as a pure wool sweater.
