Simple and stylish blouse with a boat neck and 3/4 sleeves, which is easy to knit and therefore beginner-friendly.
The Triss blouse is knitted from the bottom up in stockinette stitch and with twisted rib in, among other places, the sides and the yoke. The front and back pieces are knitted separately and sewn together at the shoulders and sides. Then stitches is picked up for the sleeves in the armholes. The use of twisted rib instead of traditional rib gives a more defined and sharp rib edge, which looks beautiful in this design.
The beautiful and simple blouse gets a lovely play of colors, as it is knitted in Mayflower Taormina. The yarn is spun with one long pattern repeat with a beautiful color gradient, forming a striped pattern. The yarn's colors are carefully selected and coordinated with each other.
Taormina is also a very soft yarn, as it is spun, among other things, on the softest alpaca. The Triss blouse therefore becomes wonderfully soft and light and feels lovely against the skin. The Triss blouse is a sure favorite in the transition period.
