Maria Møller's Ulla series is already one of our most popular patterns, so it was only natural that the youngest members of the family should have a matching sweater. The result was the incredibly cute Ulla Sweater Junior, which has all the classic elements of the Ulla series. 

By far the most remarkable element of the sweater is the beautiful edges, which are knitted with a fairytale-like and very distinctive pattern. The knitting technique of the pattern is special and creates a beautiful, almost three-dimensional effect. While it's easy to fall in love with the knitting technique of the edges, the subtle pattern that covers the entire sweater is also something special. It's quite simple, but at the same time gives the illusion of small cables that add to the sweater's delicate look. 

Ulla Sweater Junior is knitted in Mayflower Baby Alpaca. The combination of alpaca and polyamide creates a warm, breathable and durable sweater that feels super soft on delicate baby skin.

Ulla Sweater Junior is a fun knitting experience where you get to try out different knitting techniques. It's also a little less challenging than the original Ulla Tee, as the sleeve construction is simpler.
