A really cosy sweater in an oversized design with sleeves and ribbed edges in a contrasting color. The sweater is knitted in a rich wool quality for a warm sweater.

The sweater has sloping shoulders and is worked from the bottom up in stockinette stitch. The straight sleeves are worked from the top down.

The sweater is worked in Mayflower Montreal, which is a hand-dyed yarn in 100% merino wool. The yarn has an amazing richness and, not least, a wonderful play of colors that really comes into its own in a project like a sweater, where there are large surfaces. The use of different colors for the body and sleeves/ribs gives a different effect, where you can either create a calm or a more lively expression.
