Really nice and soft sweater with beautiful ribbed details and patterns.

The Zigga sweater is worked from the bottom up to the armholes, where the sweater is divided into front and back pieces, which are finished separately and knitted together at the shoulders. Pick up stitches in the armholes for sleeves and pick up stitches in the neck opening for a folded rib collar.

All rib edges are worked in a lovely and feminine twisted rib, which is a nice detail to the already beautiful and remarkable Zigga sweater. The sweater has a beautiful, continuous zig-zag structured pattern that is worked in a knit and purl chart.

The Zigga sweater is knitted in the wonderfully fleecy Mayflower Venezia, which is spun from organic GOTS certified cotton and RWS certified merino wool. This wonderful fiber composition makes for a really nice sweater that is warm and comfortable without being too hot, so you'll be able to wear it all year round. Venezia has a lovely, woolly volume that makes the sweater feel nice to wear and snuggle up in.
