The sky's the limit with crochet, and now we can also offer a crochet gingerbread house. The gingerbread house is made in Mayflower Cotton 8/4, which has a running length of 170 meters per 50 grams and is made from 100% cotton.

The pattern includes both the basic pattern for the house itself, as well as patterns for the different types of decorations. These include: icing borders, wine gums, small Christmas wreath with bow, Christmas trees, lollipops, windows with shutters and a door for the house.

The Gingerbread House is a different and imaginative Christmas decoration for the avid crocheter who wants to make homemade Christmas decorations. There are also plenty of opportunities to get creative, as you can choose how you want to decorate YOUR gingerbread house.

The house itself has a cardboard skeleton, which is easy to make yourself. It's also the perfect project for you if you don't want to spend ages on assembly. Here, the crocheted parts are assembled with either a glue gun or all-purpose glue, and assembly is done in record time.
