When changing wire or stick, use the provided tightening key. The desired wire and stick are screwed together. The key is inserted into the small hole that is at the end of the wire. With one hand you hold the wire and with the other hand you turn the key now. When you tighten, you make sure the stick and wire sit firmly together and when the stick is to be released from the wire, you again use the key to loosen.
